Organization vs Private Mode
FarmMind creates a virtual 'container' for your organization that is different from your own private fields and data. To switch to organization mode, click the profile in the top right and select 'Active Organization'. Here, you can switch between the organizations that you are a part of and your private mode.
If you are in organization mode, your profile circle will appear as red with your organization's name, and you will be able to see the data that you are allowed to see in that organization.
Separate Data Containers
Organization data and private data are two separate, non-synced containers of data. If you have a field that you shared from your private, and you go and edit it in your organization, it will NOT be affected in your private.
- Private mode: No one can see your data except for you.
- Organization mode: Everyone in that organization that has the correct permissions will be able to see the data that you put into the organization.
