Export a Single Note

To export a single field note:

1. Open the field note you want to export
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Click 'Export'

Your field note will be downloaded as a PDF file ready to share or archive.

Export Multiple Notes

To export multiple field notes at once:

1. Go to the main documents page
2. Select multiple field notes
3. Click the 'Export/Share' button at the top
4. Choose 'Export'

All selected field notes will be exported as individual PDF files or compiled into a single document, depending on your selection.
