Talk About Notes
FarmMind allows you to talk about your field notes and automatically calculate pesticide product needs, get recommendations, or ask custom questions about your observations. Our AI understands field context and can help you make better decisions faster.
Real-World Example
Suppose that you saw Mexican rice borers in your sugarcane fields, and you'd like to figure out:
- What pesticide to use
- What rate to apply
- Total product needed to buy from the co-op
Instead of manually calculating all of this, you can just click a button and let FarmMind do it for you!
How It Works
At the bottom of your field note, click 'Talk about Note'. Then, select one of two options:
Use the pre-built scenario to calculate total product needed for pest control or disease management.
Ask any question about your field note and observations.
AI-Powered Calculations
Once you've selected your option, you'll be brought to the chats page where you can ask your question and hit send. FarmMind's system will:
- Automatically calculate the total acreage for all referenced fields in that field note
- Use the AI to determine the total product needed based on application rates
- Answer custom questions about your observations and provide recommendations
Scale Up to 100 Fields
You can talk about up to 100 fields at a time, making it easy to get answers for large operations or complex scenarios involving multiple fields with different conditions.
